As a landlord of Phipps & Pritchard with McCartneys you will be allocated a dedicated Property Manager to oversee your portfolio. You can be assured that throughout the management they will be available to advise and supervise property maintenance promptly and efficiently.

Free Valuations

One of our experienced property managers will visit your property and using our local knowledge providing you with an up to date rental value, all free of charge

Property Inspections

Our dedicated property managers will carry out a thorough inspection, every 6 months, the first initial inspection being 3 months, with recommendation and detail of any improvements should they be required, giving reassurance that your property remains in good order.

Viewings

All viewings are accompanied by experienced viewing representatives with feedback being promptly reported to landlords.

Referencing Checks

Interested parties will have a one to one meeting with a dedicated property manager and discussed with the landlord. Thorough referencing will be carried out by our independent referencing agency, including employment, landlord references, affordability checks, full credit checks also including Right to Rent checks.

Tenancy Agreements

Preparation of all legal detailed documentation including tenancy agreements and tenancy renewals.

Inventory & Schedule of Condition

Highly quality inventories for landlords and tenants, very detailed with photographic evidence to minimise any disputes over damages at the end of a tenancy.

Rent Reviews

Carried out every two years if current market value allows, which again is overseen by your dedicated property manager.

Marketing

Includes local advertising, email, social media and in house, ensuring that quality tenants are found and the highest rent achieved.
