FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE

Part Furnished Property

Letting Fee - £300.00 inc. VAT (£250.00 + £50 VAT)

Commission - 10% Plus VAT
 

Fully Furnished

Letting Fee - to be agreed on Valuation

Commission - 10% Plus VAT

  • Full marketing and advertising package

  • Guidance on legislation

  • Producing a full written Schedule of Condition and photographic inventory

  • Full credit checks/references on prospective tenants

  • Drafting a tenancy agreement

  • Registering the deposit with The Dispute Service Ltd (“TDS”)

  • Check in appointment with Tenant – to complete handover

  • Periodic  inspections:  Three months initial inspection and thereafter every six months

  • The collection and monitoring of rent (please note that we cannot guarantee rental payments however the credit referencing company we use called Rent4sure do offer this insurance to Landlords)

  • Arranging and overseeing of maintenance issues

  • End of Tenancy checkout

  • Arranging periodic safety checks

  • Serving Rent Increase Section 13 Notices, Section 21 Form 6A notices
