e.g. rent £700 x 12% = £84.00 x 20%VAT + £16.80 = £100.80

·         Full marketing and advertising package

·         Guidance on legislation

·         Producing a full written Schedule of Condition and photographic inventory

·         Full credit checks/references on prospective tenants

·         Drafting a tenancy agreement

·         Registering the deposit with The Dispute Service Ltd (“TDS”)

·         Check in appointment with Tenant – to complete handover

·         Periodic  inspections:  Three months initial inspection and thereafter every six months

·         The collection and monitoring of rent (please note that we cannot guarantee rental payments however the credit referencing company we use called Rent4sure do offer this insurance to Landlords)

·         Arranging and overseeing of maintenance issues

·         End of Tenancy checkout

·         Arranging periodic safety checks

·         Serving Rent Increase Section 13 Notices, Section 21 Form 6A notices
